What happened: On Friday, *****, my son and I booked Trackman for one hour at the store located at **** Parkside Main St in Cary, NC. The report sent to us via e-mail following our session was blank. I immediately called the respective store and a teammate assured me the full report would be promptly forwarded to us via e-mail* however, that never happened. We paid for the one hour session to acquire data, so without the data, we simply didn’t receive what we paid for. That said, I respectfully request a complimentary one-hour Trackman session to acquire the data.

What happened: I have been playing golf for ** years and I have bought many sets of golf clubs. My last experience was with Las Vegas Golf and Tennis. There was a mixup with my order and it took a couple of trips to the store to rectify this situation. For this inconvenience, the store gave me a *-wood free of charge because of their lack of service in finalizing my order. FAST FORWARD to May **th, ****-- my wife wanted to buy me a set of clubs for my **th birthday.I wanted to compare LV Golf and Tennis with Golf Galaxy regarding each of their ordering procedures and of course, customer service! I decided to choose Golf Galaxy as I purchased items from them in the past. I spent over $**** and was told it would be *-* weeks delivery. In the meantime, I noticed that my order and my set only consisted of ** clubs and on June *, **** I went to Golf Galaxy to order a * hybrid to complete my set at a cost of another $***. As I was checking out and purchasing the initial order, I was told I would accumulate points on my ****'s SCORE CARD. I went to Dicks and purchased * pairs of golf shoes and again was informed about my points on my score card* I was checking to see if my points were available - the associate said they were and I purchased the * pairs of golf shoes as already stated. Two weeks later, June**, I receiving in the mail a card from ****'s Sporting Goods stating I had $*** in score card points so I went to Golf Galaxy (while I was there I wanted to check on my initial golf club order) to use my points I had just received in the mail. I was told, to my surprise, that I already spent the $*** in score card points! WHY WOULD I RECEIVE THIS CARD IN THE MAIL IF I ALREADY SPENT IT * WEEKS AGO?! I asked to see the manager and he just said, quite emphatically, that the points had already been used and he offered no apology nor did he try to 'make good' on this! I am very upset because of this added to the fact that my complete golf club set has not been completed! At the time I was in the Golf Galaxy store to spend what I thought was $*** in score card points, I was informed that my golf club set was PHYSICALLY in the store (no call about this!) - an associate brought out my set which was incomplete* the set lacked a driver, a sand wedge and the *-hybrid. The manager informed me he would call Taylor Made that following Monday to find out WHERE the rest of my clubs were! That was * weeks ago and I have NOT heard a word! NO FOLLOW UP WHATSOEVER! It would be very difficult for me to recommend GOLF GALAXY with the manner they handled the score card points and their lack of customer service to me!

I bought a Scotty putter off line and was ripped off and brought it in your store to send it to their shop to fix but found out that it was a fake. I was feeling bad and was going to buy a new one at your store but when I got there your employee started making a big deal and yelling out to all the personal around making me feel embarrassed to pick up my putter and also while taking the putter out the dropped my putter to the ground also by mishandling a customers equipment. This store was in Clinton Twp Mi. I live * minutes away from your store but I will drive ** minutes to Carl’s Golf Land to buy my golf equipment from now on. I did not know about the deadline for using them......**I spoke with the store and with customer service and they both are telling me they are no longer accepting the Golfsmith gift cards even though the cards say they don't ever expire.**That said, I would like to strongly request that an alternate program be set up for valued customers who are in my same position...
