"Good gear overall, just a small box scuff"
Grabbed a wedge and some balls. Straightforward order. The gear itself feels solid, no complaints there. The only thing — the box had a tiny scuff on it when it showed up. Not a big deal, just noticed it. Everything inside was fine though.

In the end, I walked away happy with the club fitting. There was a bit of a wait before getting started, but the fitter was helpful and easy to work with. Overall, it was a solid experience and I felt like I got what I needed.

GolfGalaxy.com was fine overall. I did end up finding what I needed, but it took longer than I expected. Annoying.
The filters helped, but a few times they seemed to reset, and the site got slow when I was switching between sizes and brands. Search results felt a little all over the place too, like the best options weren’t always showing up first. Weird.
Checkout was easy enough, and the product pages had solid info, so it’s not a bad site. I just wish it felt smoother, especially on my phone. Okay.

Nothing fancy to report, just solid shipping. Package wasn’t banged up, everything was inside, and I’d definitely order from Golf Galaxy again.

I’ve been buying balls and gloves here often, i kept thinking, “Do these rewards points even do much?” But they actually add up. I had a coupon show up quickly and used it without any hassle, which was a nice little surprise...

"Helpful lesson, really improved my swing"
I took a golf lesson through Golf Galaxy, it was helpful. The coach noticed my grip issue right away, and gave me a few simple drills to work on, which made things feel a lot more manageable. My only small complaint is that I wish the session had been a little longer, but overall, it was a good experience.

I had to swap out a golf shirt because the one I ordered was too big. The return page online was straightforward, and the replacement showed up in about a week. The only annoying part was that the updates on the exchange were a little slow, so I wasn’t always sure what was going on. But it all worked out in the end...

"Good stop for golf gear, just a bit slow at checkout"
I stopped into Golf Galaxy to check out a new wedge and grab some balls, and overall it was a solid visit. As someone who’s particular about golf gear but doesn’t like feeling pressured, I appreciated that the guy helping me compared a couple clubs with me without making it feel like a hard sell. The store was clean, easy to browse, and had a good selection.
The only reason I’d go with 4 stars is that checkout took longer than it really should’ve, especially since the store wasn’t that busy. Not a huge deal, but it did slow things down a bit. Still, I had a good experience and I’d definitely go back.

"Support got back to me fast"
My order was showing the wrong delivery date, so I emailed customer service to ask what was going on. They replied the same day and were able to fix it quickly, which I appreciated. I did have to send one extra message to fully clear it up, so it wasn’t totally seamless, but they were friendly and easy enough to deal with. Has anyone else had the delivery date show up wrong like that? Overall, 4 stars since support was quick and helpful.

"Staff seemed to really know their stuff"
I had a good visit to Golf Galaxy. I’m not exactly the most confident golfer, so I had a bunch of probably basic questions, but the staff was really patient and didn’t make me feel awkward about asking.
One of the guys helped me look at a few different drivers and, i was a little unsure at first, but he explained the differences in a way that actually clicked. He also wasn’t pushing me toward the most expensive option, which I appreciated.
I ended up going with the one that just felt right for me. Overall, it was a helpful experience, and yeah, I’d probably go back again.

I was happy with the selection at Golf Galaxy. They had more golf balls, gloves, and bags than I expected, and I was able to find my usual brand along with a few options I hadn’t seen in stores near me. The site was simple enough to use, and I’d shop there again

"Pickup was easy, but I was a little uneasy after paying"
I ordered a putter online and picked it up the next day. The email from the store was clear, so that part was simple, but after I paid I did feel a little unsure until I actually had it in my hands. I had to wait a few minutes at the counter, which wasn’t a huge deal, but it added to that feeling a bit. Overall, it worked out fine and the pickup was easy.
